All rates are quoted in Australian dollars.
The governments Goods & Services Tax is NOT inclusive on prices quoted. This will be charged separately and in addition to the price quoted below. Any other Federal or State taxes introduced between now and the commencement of your event, will be payable on the above rates by yourself.
The La Luna Reception Lounge has over 200 spaces undercover parking and a further 400 spaces off street parking. No charges apply for the use of our parking area.
An initial deposit of $ 1,000.00 will be required upon signing of this Agreement. A second deposit of $ 3,000.00 will be required 3 months prior to your function and your final payment will be required 4 days prior to your function. (The La Luna Reception Lounge accepts cash, personal or bank cheque’s as payments.)
The original number of guests quoted on your function confirmation sheet is the MINIMUM number of full paying guests required. If your numbers decrease your price per person will increase. All accounts will be charged on the number of guests on your final guest list supplied by the client 7 days prior to their reception.
The La Luna Lounge must receive all amendments, including cancellation and guest reductions in writing.
The La Luna Reception Lounge must approve all audiovisual setups, requirements and supervision. The La Luna Reception Lounge may give or withhold its approval at its sole discretion, or impose conditions in relation to any decision it gives.
